There is a non-refundable registration fee due upon enrollment along with the first month’s tuition. A $75 recital fee will be added to all accounts in May and are to be paid by June 1st. Failure to pay may result in your dancer not receiving a recital shirt, food during rehearsal, etc.

Tuition

Your tuition is due every month on the 1st. If your tuition is not paid by the 15th, you will be charged a $15.00 late fee. If tuition is not paid by the end of the month, your dancer will not be allowed to attend further classes until the balance is paid or financial arrangements have been made. An additional $15 will be charged for every 30 days the account remains past due.

Tuition is NOT pro rated for holidays, illness, vacations, or absences. Tuition CANNOT be refunded for early class termination.

Class Attire

Students must be prepared with required shoes and attire for class or they may not be allowed to participate. Please visit “Classes/Attire” for more details. All merch can be purchased at the studio.

Minimum Class Requirement

Classes may be cancelled or shortened if minimum enrollment is not met (5 students minimum). Dancers will be placed in a similar class if already enrolled and minimum requirement is not met.

Late Arrival/No Show

It is recommended that you arrive 10-15 minutes before class to check-in, ensure proper warm-up, reduce injury and provide proper class etiquette. Students are allowed a 10 minute grace period. Once outside of the 10 minute window, students’ entry to the class is at the sole discretion of the instructor. If you know that you will be late, it is best to communicate this with the teacher before class. Rates ARE NOT refunded for late arrivals or no shows.

Attendance

Attending class on a regular basis is important in any educational learning experience. The consistency and repetition is necessary for proper training. Parents please contact the studio before class if your dancer is expected to be absent. If a child misses class and monthly tuition has been paid, the dancer is entitled to one make-up class for each missed class. A make-up class is any other class we offer for their age level. If you elect not to make up the missed class, it will not be credited to your next month’s tuition. We highly recommend that dancers take advantage of the make up classes in order to keep them from falling behind.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Policy

We ask that you adhere to the class START and END times. Please ensure that you (and/or your dancer) are on time to every class so that you will get the most value for your money, to ensure that you get a proper warm-up for class, and to be respectful of everyone’s time. Parents are allowed to watch for their dancers first class. After that, dancers are to be dropped off and the parents can come in to watch during the last 5 minutes of class. For kid/teen classes, please ensure that your child is picked up promptly at the end of class. If you know ahead of time that you will be late dropping off or picking up, please let the instructor know. If a visitor would like to observe, the teacher needs to be informed in advance. (This includes siblings/family members that are not participating in a class.)

Studio Closure/Class Cancellation

In the event that class is cancelled due to weather, a notice will be sent via email, BAND app and posted on the Facebook page by 10am the morning of. Should the class be cancelled due to conflict on the instructors end, a notice will be sent and the class will be rescheduled for a later date time permitted.
